Branches growing on leaves?

SmylinPupil

Has anyone seen this before, branches growing out of leaves? I have limited experience growing and this was a first. I had to trim this one because it was shading some bud sites, but I didn’t notice until after I cut it. Weird or no? Thanks!

LEAF BULBS Most inflorescences on cannabis plants occur at the nodes where the stems originate. However, leaf buds can also be formed at the base of the leaves themselves. This is an unusual (albeit beautiful) mutation. It can also be beneficial to grow such plants as they develop more bud sites. Experienced growers, however, mostly remove them when they arise, since they otherwise absorb nutrients that are then no longer available to feed the main flowering sites. https://www.royalqueenseeds.de/blog-die-bei-cannabispflanzen-am-haufigsten-auftretenden-mutationen-n727

Yes I have seen it before. It's like an ingrown hair. If you ever get it in a none auto you should try and grow it as a cutting see what happens. I have never seen anyone do that before.👍👍 From The White House
