BTi will kill off any butter fly larva when they hatch, they will take one bite and the bacteria will start to kill them from the inside out. You can also squish them and they won't hatch. Some mini parasitic wasps use the eggs for there young as well. Best to spray em. Neem is also a good option but not as effective I find for larva type things like this.
