It depends what is in your cal/mag and what quantities.
Most of the stuff has calcium from Calciumnitrate and it contains nitrogen and the bad stuff has too much nitrogen unles you compensate by leaving some other nitrogen fertilizer out.
Good cal/mag has only calciun and magnesium and yes those can be used most definitely.
Tl:dr depends on your specific cal/mag and knowledge

Yellow leafsM problem with first autoflowers I had was due to overwatering and overfeeding with bad soil for autos. Soil didnt change.
I cut nutrients last week as i notice discolouration also she get water cut from 300ml to 200ml.
