At seedling stage just give water. Seed has what it needs to start life. I usually wait until plant is 6ish inches before giving nutes at all, just ph'd well water until then, (if using RO or dechlorinated tap water may want to add a little cal mag) and when I do start on nutrients I give 1/4 strength. Then 1/2 strength for early veg. Full strength from mid to late veg. I'm using GH maxi series

Their website has more sophisticated feeding regimens.. light, medium, and heavy strength. Run the light and maybe reduce 25% from that.

Suerte

Their charts and all of nutrients charts are recommendations. I use synthetic nutrients and what you are using. They are good. So just go by PPM. Just cause they suggest using 2ml/l for every week. Doesn't mean you do. It's just a rec so you adjust to suit your plants needs. Water for 1st few days. As you go into Veg, if you're using soil you can wait for a few weeks. (Just enzymes, with no EC value) But if not. You shouldn't have to exceed 4-500,ppm of grow for your entire veg. And push it up to 700 or around that in later stages of flowering. Follow what your plant shows you. Good luck
