it looks like a bit of a mix of multiple deficiencies.. which is what usually happens..
the yellowing of the older leaves is usually a nitrogen issue, the brown spots can be calcium..
How many nutrients are you giving the plant now and what growing media is this exactly?
What type of water are you giving the plants (is it tap-water or RO?) and what's the EC and PH?
If you have an EC meter, i would suggest to measure the EC of the nutrient solution you give to them, and then to measure the run-off.
If the EC is lower in the run-off, then you should feed them a bit more. If the EC is much higher in the run-off then you might have overfertilized them and they went into a lockout (unlikely if you say you hardly water them).
If you're using RO water and not tap-water be aware that you have removed all calcium and magnesium, and you need to manually add calmag to it prior to mixing the nutrient-solution.
Without knowing any real details, i would say you should feed them a bit more nutrients, but check the EC to verify it.
Especially when they're only in the 3rd week of flowering you wouldn't want to keep nutrients from them, else you will hinder them from forming big buds.. (but don't try to correct it by overfertilizing either!)
