Do you see any leaves problem?

Hi guys, my GG is growing well (I think). Otherwise I see the new leaves are puffed up and seems a bit blended down. What do you think? I gave her 0.5lt Bio Brow and 1.5 Root Juice in 1/2lt of water. The plant stays in a 11lt air pot with Light Mix, outdoor in terrace.

Worth another try? Fungus gnats, stunted, and over watered?Just ordered some BTI and 10mil of nematodes.
However, is it actually worth it a this state? Those won't be here for another week or so, and I don't know if the plant is salvageable/harvestable at this state (possible flowering already?)

The soil is dry on the top but still wet a few cm deep.
The light is 35 cm above the plants and 60 watts.
Light cycle is 18 / 6.

I used Co2 for a few weeks (1000ppm), the grower says ~60-70 days of flowering, so I would be missing 10-20 days, but they look quite ripe ?
