Problema nutrientes Looks like nutrient excess What should I do? The plant is 4 weeks old. In week 3, I applied worm compost (a handful in the substrate) and a bit of coffee grounds. Also, I found out that my dog was peeing on the pot. What should I do now?

Punta hoja amarilla Hi, this plant is 12 days old since it germinated, it's an Automazar from Dutch Passion. Outdoor grow, 10 hours of direct sunlight. Temperatures reached 34 degrees Celsius in the last few days. 800 ml of water yesterday, 20-liter pot. It only has one leaf with the tip yellow like it's burned.
