The plants don't seem to be doing well. I have discoloration on the tips of the leaves and on some, the leaves are pointing down, they hardly stretch, I think it's a nutrient lockout, what do you think?

Too much nutrient and a lockout.
You have to water all the root ball and a little bit more and give it again when is dry.
But you have an excess of nutrient in the soil your water routine seem to be ok
