Do I need Copper Fungicide?

Very few leaves show little black rings on the underside and a faint orange rusty color on the top side. 100cm by 100cm, 200cm tall grow tent. 6 inch 360 CMF inline fan. Ebb and flow in Hydroton. 5.5 ph. 400 ppm. Temp range 65-81. rH range 31-49 Do I need Copper Fungicide?

Stunted plant - Leaves are blotchy and wrinkly - Problem identification My stunted plant is recovering i guess, looking better than a week ago and is growing bigger slowly, but the problem has to be identified so i don't make that mistake again. Spots on plant? Is she sick and how can I help her?She has some spots and I'm worried for her. This plant is the only one in my tent like this, none of my others have spots.
