So yesterday I would have told you not to do it, but I read an article about Schawzzing, which is an extreme defoliation technique, and you're asked to remove almost all your leaves on the first day of flowering and a second time after 21 days of flowering, so about at this point in your grow. Honestly, I know this isn't the topic here, so to answer your question, you can remove all the unnecessary branches from the bottom and also some leaves that are shading the rest of the plant too much.
