Also some stress on leaf stems.
Are you using hard water?
I used to get similar, from using phosphoric acid, ph down, which reacted with calcium in water, and the extra cal/mag used to treat the apparent deficiency. This creates calcium phosphate, which isnt very soluable. Look for white crust, at the soil line, on your pots.
I'd first look at ph at the rootzone.
Lockout looks quite similar, as calcium is one of the first to show.
