This doesn't look like a nute issue... it MIGHT be the beginning of some type of fungus OR you may have some bugs of some kind. Have you looked at the underneath side of the leaf to see if you can spot any creepy crawlies? If there are no bugs, check out information on fungi... Good luck!

With the larger leaves, there could be a phosphorus deficiency. It's a pretty early stage. I would definitely check the pH value, and if nothing unusual is noticeable, feed more phosphorus. The leaves on the buds are a bit heat-stressed or light-stressed. I would hang the lamp a little higher 😄👌
