So been having a problem with leggy seedlings. I just tend to backfill at transplant but is there anything I can do to keep that initial stretch down?

need them in fairly strong light the moment they pop from soil -- without over doing it. maybe a tad lower than later in vege.

Not enough light. They are stretching for more light.

Hello If you can, lower the light a bit more to prevent your plants from stretching. If you can't, put something under your plants to bring them closer to your lamps. Good luck :)

To help slow stretch, keep your lights closer or use a more powerful light at distance. Check out my first grow for tips tricks and to learn what not to do. Cheers and happy growing!

Hi buddy don't worry :-) Wait a little while repotting, then the bale can root through properly. And because of the stretch, don't worry. Simply insert it a little deeper then the problem is solved 👍 Keep it up your plants look great 😍👏🏻
