My response will be a little bit limited just because I don't know all the factors in your grow, but I'm going to try to help!
I've had a similar looking lower leaf issue (look at week 2 of my Blue Dream'Matic grow) due to PH fluctuations locking out cal-mag, causing the lightening/crisping/spotting of the leaves growing when the issue occured. That would be my guess without seeing other factors (like root damage). Calcium isn't a mobile nutrient so defeciencies will be apparent on the leaves which where growing when the nutrient was deficient/locked out.
As the issue is not longer visible on new growth, it probably has already been corrected. I would keep an eye on growth to watch that it doesn't reoccur, and keep all your parameters "in the pocket" for your style of growing. The plant I had that resembled yours grew into a huge monster when healthy growth started, so that's a good sign for yours as well! Happy growing! 👍🌱
