Slimy oily film on leaf

Noticed a pool of slimy oily film on the top fan leaf. Pic taken after I touched it and smudged it. Doesn’t have any smell and not sticky. Nothing dropped on it. After wiping it never came back. What could it be?

Berrybros

The lower main leaves are losing color quickly and have small spots forming. It came out funky from the get go, but this also happened to the first true set and I just pruned em. Now, its moved onto this set. Last picture is the problem leaf.
