It looks like overwatering to me but I'm sure you don't keep them wet all the time.

The drooping can be a case of over watering or watering to often, if you watered your plant then afterwards it looks droopy medium to moist no oxygen getting to root zone. The yellowing can be a slight sulfur deficiency, if yellowing is coming from back of leaf hard to tell from pictures. Hope that helps 👌🏾

New growth can usually be a brighter green as it's using up the nutes in the soil. Perhaps try upping the solution just a bit! The drooping looks to be a case of possible over watering! Your medium looks very wet, just let it dry out for a few and i'm sure she will bounce right back up! Nothing really to be worried about as far as I can really Tell! Cheers and Happy Growing!

Plant seems to be dying, should I flush? And if so, any tips?Yellowing & wilting, I suspect the problem is too much silica boost .5ml every other water, combined w/ hot soil (FFOC) & a few feedings, & maybe underwatering(?) as I never have runoff, watered a cup or so every ~48hrs, when soil had dried. Overwater, Normal, Circadian Rhythm or Underwater?Water-stress drooping symptoms on 2 younger colas. Mature colas leaves are praying / perkier. Some leaves 'canoe-ing' despite temps around 70-74F. Why are my leaves canoeing down, yellowing and drooping a bit but only at the top new growth?The top leaves near the new growth are drooping down a bit and canoeing downwards as well.
As you can see on the pictures it's only happening to the top of the plant while the bottom leaves still look perfectly fine.
