read your reply below.. yeah, stop spraying them :) in addition to the lower leaves, you can clip the ones oyu leave to 1/2 size. or so.. maybe 2/3rd size... also keep them from touching each other and promoting microbial growth in a high-hiumidity environemtn ripe for it. you are right. it is impacting gas exchange for sure.

Clones don't require such babying if you don't baby them that much -- some is needed. my clones need a prop the first 24 hours.. i don't use a dome, i don't sray them.. in winter my humidity in house is only 35%. By the second day they are standing tall and strong. Leaves may not pray, but not wilting either. spraying causes more problems than it solves. leaves do not want water on them... that's not their biological function. if water is clogging up stomata, you are impeding gas exchange and it will droop. foliar spray is for people with OCD or make this about how they feel and their wants instead of what actually works for a plant.. yes, there are situations that call for a foliar spray, but htey are typically related to pests or microbial growth on the surface of your plants. if you want extra moisture, get a humidity dome.. stop spraying the plants... water is bad for leaves, they are not roots.

take it easy with lighitng.. don't expose to your vege light yet... ambient light only for 10-14 days.. unless you see it grow and stretch, then it's telling you "give me more!!" .. you should wait for that moment with clones or you can stall them with intense light... if they are younger, you will cause them to cannibalize their leaves... clones shouldn't yellow, that's a sign of bad methods. you can snip the larger leaves off and that might help.. leave only 2 at top plus any tiny leaves of auxiliary growth. this helps retain moisture with fewer leaves and, the plant doesn't want to photosynthesize with a limited root system, or you only damage it and slow it down. -- it doesn't know any better, so it will ract to light and cannibalize itself if you provide too much light.. removeing leaves also helps to this end. i wouldn't take off any auxiliary growth when you take cutting, just my opinion.. i think it takes longer to grow side branches later on and what benefit it might provide early on doesn't outweigh that slowdown later. a cfl.. out on your coffee table.. a window sill with no direct light.. all great options for this initial time period. just make sure it gets ~15+ hours so it doesn't produce an abundance of bloom hormones due to extended darkness.

Done clones millions times lads. They usually droop first day or teo the three on left have drooped from the start day 14 now. Theres about ten roots out on each one. Somebody on another thread so over watered. They ain't they am light as anyfing. Think to many leaves making them transpire even harder and mist saying them down aint helping cheers lads

Hello , The majority of clones i take usually end up with a droopy look to them about 2 days after they were clipped and look a little sad until the roots start forming. The weight of the mist might bring them down, or they're in water with a limited amount of roots and oxygen. Just be patient and persistent and they look like they'll pull through. Once you transplant them they will look healthier fairly quickly. Happy growing. ✌️

When cloning they will look like they almost die before suddenly bouncing back. Sounds like you're doing all you need keep it up. Should turn around soon.
