What's wrong with this plant,leaves are not perky a few have a discoloration,could fungus gnats be the cause? Found some and put a layer of perlite on top of the soil,what else can I do to fight them

Too much fertilizer, there is too much nitrogen in the soil. Do not overdo it or risk burning the plant. Lower your dosages by 1/2

Autoflower week 9, not floweringSo what should I do, there's no signs of switching in week 9!
I've tried changing to 18/6 lighting, but have only been running it for a couple of days.
Besides that she is really droopy and the soil feels really hard (maybe lots of roots).

Leaves looking a bit discoloured and wilting slightly, what could be causing it?Leaves are drooping a bit and slightly discoloured, especially when comparing it to the other plant. What do you think is wrong with my plant. It's starting to grow nicely but was really slow at first. Tips curling down. One leaf crispy.What do you think is wrong with my plant? In promix moisture soil. Fed nutes twice. 2mL of micro, grow, and bloom. Last feeding I added 5mL of calmag. Soil is 100% inert at least from my research.
