Trying to figure out what's going on, the leaves r curled down, ik I have too much nitrogen going on I moved the lights further away I'm watering it today jus pH water, advice opinions on what's going and what I should do is greatly appreciated. Temp 77f rh50%, ffof happyfrog mix

I think you got it right buddy.
Normally toxicity causes clawing leaves. Flush with PH water and it'll bounce back fast. Depending
Leaving 2 other ideas that are not likely but can cause that.
2- Not likely but also lots of airflow can cause that. If that's the case then it should be only on the part of the plant that's exposed to more airflow not all over.
3- Check your light's timer. If it's malfunctioning it might re-veg the plant.

I would just flush them some, and just plain ph water until you see some recovery. May need to reintroduce your beneficials if you flush though.

I guess EC gets diluted (biggest part of coco coir is new).
Should I increase EC of the feeding water?
