At this stage of the plants life they do not require much water. The size of that container I would guess you should only need to water once a week.
It’s looking like the signs of over watering. The droop and color of the leaf is a distinct sign. Let the soil dry out for a few days and then put your finger down as far as you can and if it’s dry, then water. If it’s still wet, let it go longer.
Hope this helps.
Soil needs good watering regime. Means you water when needed and wait till it dries out, then only water again. Wet/dry cycle is a must for grows in soil, otherwise ph swing, root issues, nute uptake issues....
I agree with mindflowers below. Just hold back on the watering a bit and they'll be fine. Next time...try to add some perlite or coco to your soil for better drainage. For this grow, I would consider up-potting into a soil with better drainage once they're ready (maybe week 4 or 5?)
Hello, the dropp and yellow is from slightly overwatering. I would recommend to let them dry out a little before watering again and your growing medium could use a little perlite or similar aeration to prevent the roots from getting suffocated from lack of oxygen from over-watering. once you add perlite its almost impossible to over water. Hard pots will retain water a little longer than fabric pots so you have to be a litte more carful with how much water is added. Good luck on your grow!
