It means a slight excess of p and k, nothing much tow worry about, just don't up the flower nutes quite yet and make sure you use just plain water every now n then🌱👍

Yellow centre veins fan leavesYellowing of the inner vein of fan leaves only. Also sporadic yellowing and blemishes of whole fan leaves but only some, others fine nice and green.
