Is this a deficiency or a temp issue I'm at 79 during the day and drops to 65 at night the rest of the plant is fine apart from the bigger leaves

you have or had a small ph issue and that is the reason that part is brown, so if i was you i would check my ph meter and perhaps re calibrate it.
another thing you can do is cut the leaf off so that the plant only foucuses on happy healthy green growth, right now your plant is using energy to keep that brown area alive. cut it off as the damage is down and we dont smoke them leaves, we are after dens buds and those grow later

Not many plants have tolerances where 65° would hurt them. In my humble opinion, looks like your medium is too hot. That is to say she's getting too much nutes.

Nutrition deficiency or nute solution on leaves during watering?Hi Growmies,during my monitoring routine I found some brown spots on the leaves. Not many but on some leaves the brown spots have become transparent and I can see through the leaves. Any ideas what could have caused the brown spots? Perhaps not enough CalMag? Rest looks healthy.

Deficiency, excess or soil problems?Hi, I need help, I have 4 plants of the same strain and several of the leaves are turning yellow and drying out. Some with a burnt appearance and curled upwards. What to do? → BF Runtz Auto - Day 42 - RH70, 80F in BioBizz Light SoilOn my last post, I was advised I have N tox, so I watered w/o BioGrow, just BioBloom and it's gotten much worse. The runoff EC was 1.5 (watered with 0.8, runoff pH was okay), so I’m guessing it's salt buildup. I plan to flush when this watering dries out—any thoughts?
