Can someone please help me identify what this is and how to fix it? I assumed it’s nute burn but that would probably hit the tips no? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

check pH. check tds (or consider recent behaviour.) if your nutes lack calcium that's an option for deficiency. if you give lots of calcium, it's potentiall a pH issue or P/K tox can do it too.

I think someone shot an Alien and it's acid blood dripped into your tent while it was hiding from the Predator... Totally... *sorry i'm high* 👊

Looks familiar. New seedling? It looks like leaf septoria which you can see in day 9 of my current grow. That's a fungal infection. The cure is simple but it needs to be quick: foliar spray the leaves with a mixture of either hydrogen peroxide (3%) or baking soda, depending on whether or not you're concerned about organic soil (hydrogen peroxide is used by a lot of coco/hydro growers using synthetic nutes as baking soda can disturb the ph, while soil can better buffer it and it won't kill the good microbes like hydrogen peroxide will). Two tablespoons/gallon of either (but not both at the same time) sprayed on your plant should do the trick, If using hydrogen peroxide, you can add the same ratio to your water to kill anything in the roots. Whichever you use, repeat weekly if you need to though one or two treatments should do it. Septoria usually appears as white or yellow flecks. If your plant is beyond 4 weeks old, humidity has been under 50%, and circulation has been good, then it may be a magnesium deficiency. Quickest fix is check soil and use Cal Mag as directed or make your own (there are recipes online).
