Growing organically with happy frog mixed with a super soil concentrate. I water them with spring bottle water, ph at 6.Recharge every 10 days. Top dress 2-2-2 dry amendments and I top dress in week 4 of flower with the super soil concentrate. Why are my leaves having spots?

It’s a Calcium deficiency. Just make sure it isn’t curbed by an excessive amount of ammonium, potassium, magnesium and/or sodium in the root environment. You might to control the EC level of the soil by checking the drain.

In experience with happy frog soil I had to keep my water very close to 6.7. I did not mix with super soil. Any major ph fluctuations gave me nutrients lockout. Mainly calcium. In your first picture, it clearly shows signs of ph fluctuations. A diary would also help alot.
