bend or break stems... the latter being the last thing you want to do... but, tape them up and try not to damage the vascular tissue inside as best as possible as you weaken and or snap the stem a bit, lol... not joking..
don't grow them so large. this is a common mistake first grow. I did it too, but didn't have to do any High-stress training. i just lost a few trichomes off top due to evaporation.
It doesn't look like light burn. 25" should have some space to give before you need to do these things.
you better bloom it immediately, if running into height issues... as you have another 3 weeks of growth after that point.
Since there's so much time after you change to 12-12, you could prune it back a tad, get 2 new vertical dominant growths and in those 3 weeks should grow out enough to provide solid colas...
you have options. This would save a few more inches for sure, and shouldn't impact yield much.
bending/breaking (supercropping? i can't recall at moment) works too.. people successfully do it all the time.
