When Trepene Production Starts?

I have a plant here growing around 80 degrees and 45% humidity at the very initial stages of flowering. lots of fans blowing.
I'll bring the plant inside and with ac to bring temps down to 68. I want to do this when terp production starts really going, to preserve. When is that?

There is a technique where you give cooler night temps towards the end of flower, this is supposed to increase trichomes and reveal the purple too in some strains 🌱👍

Did I over-defoliate these? Are they looking healthy for day 22 or so of flower?This is my first grow. I know my plants have a shape problem, I didn't know about LST during veg and wasn't taking it seriously (I tried to train one but it was too late as you can see). They had a very rough veg life but now they seem happy in stable conditions. How do I look?

Have i been treating photoperiods like autos? The guy said it said auto on pkg but the ads are different depending where. 11 weeks now.Have i been treating Photoperiods like autoflowers? This may explain the weird grow at least partly. If you click on the Barneys Farm thing and strain name, you will get details and doesnt say autoflower anywhere, jusr femanized. There are different ads for this one.

Ready for harvest?Any ideas about when to harvest? I only have available pictures taken with my phone with a magnifier app. Maybe some amber trichomes, maybe not. The plant is now 92 days old, pistils are mostly purple and, bad news, some spider mites started attacking her 🤬
