Same strain, different color leaves.Why my plants have leaves with different colors (one is darker) when they are the same strain? Both grew with the same fertilizers and while they had issues in early veg. they recovered but developed quite differently! It's the phenotype? Or the issues in early veg. caused this?

Freezed, not growing She is 5 weeks (last 2 weeks aren’t added in diary) and from third week, she looks same like before two weeks. Freeze and she look still same for more than 2 weeks. Before 1 week I put her outside with my Autos, and nothing. Any options or advices? I would be grateful!

Plants very bushy / too short (?) 5w from seed; 35cm from (600W) LED lamp I'll put my question here as well for better visibility; Plants are very bushy and I'm not sure if I should prune subbranches or let them grow that way.
