I was able to moderate temp and humidity better, lifted grow light and am watering less often but leafs still don't look very healthy.

Looks to me like your soil might be running a little to "hot" for a seedling.. If it has added nutrients in it it might be causing the slight burn your seeing on the leaves.. Don't worry thou as I think she will grow into it in no time.. The temps and humidity look great Just keep it up and i'm sure you'll see a change.. 👊

Hey Growmie ... With you making those adjustments that you stated I would definitely say it's your soil causing the issue. It seems to have too much nutrients in it for a young seedling. The plant will be fine just let it grow a bit so it can intake some of the nutrients that are in the soil.
