rely on labels.. don't just assume it's fine.

you don't want to starve the plant of anything at any time. a drastically different bloom fert is more bro-science than based on any research with a suitable sample and statistical analysis to determine if the differences are beyond normal variance. read and react to the plant... and all works well. start with a schedule (good idea, but best laid plans of mice and men, usually), but the plant dictates everything, in the end.
start with a plan.. the consistency makes adjusting easier.
