Marks on Seedling Leaf Tips

Two seedlings have developed the same burn/die-off/discoloration. The light has been raised recently and out of 8 kids that all get the same attention, only these two NTG are showing this sign. Otherwise very healthy and happy wee things.
Any ideas on what's causing this? TIA

Bottom leafs getting dryThe last two pictures show some sights of deficiency after getting a little bit dry before repotting. Any recommendations: should I do something? I will definitely use some ph-down and water with 6.0 to 6.5 ph to help the microorganism get going :)

They're both the same seed from the same bag of weed. #2 has it's fall color while #1s leaves are pure purple, almost a blackberry color. Possibly Potassium Deficient? Based on ALL the pics I could find, but not sure.I noticed these brown splotches and leaf edges on one area bud and pistils of my Orange Sherbet last night. Based on what I can find online, this might be potassium deficiency?
This is mostly on one spot near darkest edge when tent closed. Thanks!
