What are these tiny things on the stems? Looks like some sort of pest.I can't match them with any of the common pests for Cannabis plants. I thought maybe juvenile Aphids or mealybugs at first, but I'm just a noob. I've only found 3 of these near the uppermost growth, attached to the base of fan leaf/stem. Plucked them with tweezers and they crunch

Bug control info needed for outdoorsCould you please suggest some safe bug killer powders or solutions for Cannabis plants growing outdoors. creepy crawliesI got creepy crawlies. Clipped the entire leaf, mixed abt 3 drops of neem oil in 100-150ml tap water and sprayed the f*ck out of it. Then I checked the rest of my plants, found nothing but decided to spray them anyway. When should I re-apply? Any adverse effects of neem oil?
