When I clic on my diaries, my pictures is gray and when I clic on edit it make nothing!!!

Is my weed rotting? Tiny worms in the growth mediumI grow in an indoor growing with a coconut substrate. I have recently noticed small and tiny dots. At first I did not refer and they looked to me like pieces of perlite. But recently I noticed that they move and float when I water. There is nothing in the plant or flowers.
