Original skunk #1. Week 3 the new growth looked different than normal. Week 4 it's very noticeable now. It topped it self can they do this?
Another thing is the leafs from where it topped the middle finger leaf is shorter than the rest.. Why?

Hey, the new growth just needs a little time to darken up. Don’t sweat that. The ladies look good and healthy.
Regarding the self topping, yes that can happen. It’s a nice treat when the plant does it for you. Save you the trouble and eliminates the stunted growth time during its veg.
Your plants are going to be sturdy at this point so keep an eye on them and just take your time assessing any issues and they’ll grow up just fine.

When to switch to flower?I have 4 plants under a mars hydro ts2000. They are about 5 weeks old. I was going to top all of them once and switch to flower in a week or two. Are my plants sativa or indica?Are my plants mostly sativa or indica? I grew two f1 strains with low stability and the two phenos are very different. One weird unhealthy leaf?I was just checking my girls when I noticed this leaf hidden away.
I have no idea what it's from, so I thought I'd ask here.
There was literally 1 leaf like this on the entire plant, I couldn't find another, although it's in a hard to reach spot.
