I have been noticing that there are some insects living in the soil, I have seen two types, little white bugs and a small brown ´caterpillar’. I have done some research, andsome people suggest to keep the caterpillar since it will eat the bugs. Any ideas on how to deal with this?

Well first off caterpillars will devastate your plant if given the chance.. If your looking for a natural pest killer. Ladybugs are what you want. Imo I wouldn't want any bugs in my soil or near my grow if possible.. Why take that risk? Looks like a Springtail to me.. Springtails are nearly invisible bugs but are annoying and irritating, however; they are not dangerous for humans because and do not bite but are somehow harmful to plants. These insects gnaw the roots of the plants in soil and prevent their rigidness and stamina from growing. Dry out all the damped and humid places because these tiny animals use to reside in the moist indoor areas. Dry out all the indoor plants or water them less. You could also try a Neem Oil Solution mix and do a soil soak with it.. Hope this helps my friend! Happy growing! 👊

One leaf has burnt edges and is a little different looking, than the other leaves. Is this some kind of nutrient burn? I am using a light mix soil, and have not fed the plant with additional nutrients, except for a little root stimulant (half of recommenced dosage).

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated, to me the plant looks healthy, however it is a bit small considering it’s age, right? I’m thinking it may be because of the cheap ‘300W’ light I was using at the beginning of the grow. What do you guys think? (Video end of week 6)

It is a bit small. It should be stretching after you flipped over. I don't know for sure but if you had root problems early on, this is pretty common. Also the name suggests that it remains short, possibly perfect for a SOG from seed with 2 gal pots.

The plant looks like it has stopped growing in the last two weeks, what could be the cause? The temperatures have been really high this last week +30C, I have another royal dwarf around the same age as this one, growing in the same tent and it looks to be doing just fine.

Sometimes they will slow doen growth to develop more root and then they blow up again when the conditions are perfect, make sure u didn't over water this one if you water both simultaniously, as one may have still had more water in thr soil compared to the other, and the one in fabric pot has more dificulties to water throughly because water usually will go thru the sides of the pot not allowing for a fully wet soil when watering so that may dry up the ends of the roots making her not develop as well, and this seems like thr most Logical explanaition to this one.

@Chris35000, Honestly I don’t have enough experience to answer your question with certainty, it might be some nutrition deficiency, or maybe the grow light being too close to the leaves.
