I haven't expressed myself well, should I remove the mold or leave it? It's my first time with mold on earth. I added microvita from top crop, I don't know if it has anything to do with it

Yep, I'm sure, that's not dangerous mold, it's just a common mycelium bloom, probably from the added microbacteria or top crop mix. Totally normal in living soil or organics. It's usually a good sign of microbial activity.
If you want, you can gently scratch the top layer to aerate it, but no need to remove it. Just keep your watering in check (not too wet) and make sure the pot drains well. You're fine!
