Hey bro! 👋 No, don't touch the leaves, the plant will drop them when it no longer needs them! These leaves are a result of your excessive feeding with nitrogen and phosphorus, plus the unsuitable soil acidity! Could be a sign of bud rot. Pull on it see if it comes out easy. If it doesn't come out I would leave it. Any wounds that you make in the bud could start the process.

I would ... If there dead there dead waiting for the plant to drop them could be a minute and in that time you dont want to risk the plant being attacked by pest since its outside.
