We have issues with pests but i'm not sure what they are. They are like little black flies. With very small round bodies, and their wings are transparent and a bit bigger than their bodies. They are leaving their little white eggs or larvae under the leaves. Any suggestions???Week 5

How do you guys check for hermies? Everything is full and so small, im scared to overlook them.Im very scared of hermies and want to avoid them. When should i start looking for them? Supposed to be fast ones, but they could easily need 4 more weeks or so?!
There are 8 plants in this custom made grow room of 1.20x1.20m with a Niello M-900 led.

Gorilla glue #4 herm pollinated my female Cindy 99. Do u think seeds will be good and fems seeds? Do you guys thing their buds will fatten enough?
