Nothing to worry about, your plant knows what it is doing and she will be fine. If they really, really bother you, you can cut them off, but there is no real need to, cannabis is a wonderfully resilient plant and can cope with all sorts of adversity without skipping a beat.
Also, next time you post a question and some pictures, a bit of shaky, imprecise video is almost useless - a few clear, close up pictures of the exact location of precisely the part/area in question is far more useful and makes identifying what is going on and coming up with a suggestion by the person trying to give their considered opinion/answer/ theory or to share their own experiences, much, much easier.
You do however score major bonus points for taking your pictures and footage in normal light!!
