The breeders never include the veg time, they will only state how long it takes to flower. So if a breeder tells you its a 90 day grow for example they mean it will be flowering for approximately 100 days (+-10-15)
Now i see you are growing an autoflowering strain. Those usually are not dependant on light and they will switch to flowering when they are ready. In this case, if a breeder tells you its a 90 day grow from seed, take it with a grain of salt. You have a completely different setup, completely different environment, completely different circumstances than the breeder has, so keeping in mind the recommended time stated by the breeder, that 90 day mark will be your que to start inspecting the buds for trichromes and other signs of ripeness.
Regarding Drying and Curing, they are completely separate practices that you will do AFTER harvest, that means AFTER that breeders 90 day suggestion and plus another week or 2 edepending on your environment and the genetics of the plant itself.
Drying should take place in a dark room over the course of 8 to 10 days, slow drying it in darkness to let the Chlorophil degrade, otherwise you get a smoke tasting like fresh cut grass, making sure you dont overdry it, and Curing can take up to 6 months(for the highest grade buds) in jars in the perfect humidity conditions until all terpenes turn into THC. You obviously can opt in for a smaller curing period, hell, you can even smoke them immidiately after the first 8 to 10 days of drying, but your smoking experience will not be as good, as if you had let them cure for at least a week or 2.
Hope my rambling helped :)
