So she flipped under 24hr lighting in week7. Changed to a 12/12 schedule, the other 3 and the rest of her went into their stretch. Has anyone seen this before? Weak auto gene?

Do a 18/6 or 20/4 on autoflowers for light schedule. I do a 20/4 and works well. 24 hours of light is very hard on equipment especially the light. No cool down time. Autos can grow in 24 hours light and do in nature far far north. It is a living thing and sleep time 4 to 6 hours a day will help with plant health. Good luck and if you need more assistance feel free to contact me šŸ»šŸ»šŸ»

Your plant is no doubt showing the effects of how growing with 24 hour light for weeks on end has messed with her normal functions. Every living thing needs an awake/sleep/awake/sleep cycle to function properly, cannabis being no exception. Your poor cannabis plant is by now completely exhausted and with messed up hormones from having no "sleep" and this is probably why she is doing such weird things. Going to 18/6 will help stabilize what is happening now and is the optimum light cycle for all cannabis, autos or photoperiod plants in veg. I urge you in future when growing autos to use an 18/6 light/dark cycle, this will provide maximum health for your plants, and plants in maximum health will give you maximum results. Going to 18/6 will not affect yield, growth rates or potency, in fact they will all be superior to any plant grown under a constant lights on cycle and that are suffering from "sleep deprivation", which is also a well known torture technique. No doubt also, going from 24 to 12 hours light has messed with her too, being such a dramatic difference. Autos are best grown at an 18/6 cycle from birth to harvest and most definitely need a rest/sleep period. Photoperiod plants will need 18/6 for the vegetative cycle and 12/12 for the flowering cycle and are far easier to "manipulate" into flowering when at an appropriate size, rather than autos dictating your grow with their fixed, age related flowering induction. After looking at your video, I am pretty sure this is a result of messed up hormones induced by living under constant light and your plant not receiving any "sleep". Despite what you may have read or been told, cannabis does need to "sleep", and in my opinion, 24 hour light would only be recommended by someone who doesn't care about their (or your) plants and doesn't understand how plants live, grow and function. Also, to you and any others that read this, including a pasted link in the questions is not necessary, as Grow Diaries does not seem to function in a way that makes the links available. It is impossible to access any link in my experience. Thanks folks. Hope this helps,............. Organoman.
