Hey, buddy! 👋 It's worth doing some defoliation for your girls! 👆 In my estimation, you can remove up to 10 (10 TOTAL) large developed leaves from the lower and middle sections of the plant in one day! Don't touch the tops with big leaves - they are very important for the further growth and proper nutrition of the plant! 👆 Do defoliation no more than once a week, and make sure that at least 2/3 of the large developed leaves remain on the plant. Only remove leaves that are already developed and won't grow anymore! Try not to remove everything indiscriminately, but only the foliage that obstructs light from reaching the new growth points and the plant's nodes! You can remove 1/3 of all the large leaves from the plant at a time! But no more than 1/3 (30%)!!! 👆 Leaves act as batteries for the plant's flowers and new shoots, so the large leaves are also needed by the plant; they are never superfluous for the plant. Moreover, 👆 the plant expects to have them until it drops them itself! 👆 Good luck, buddy! ✊😇

Hello They're definitely nice and bushy...but a beautiful green color. Id say either try doing some lst to move some branches out and free up some air and light, otherwise you could tuck the bigger leaves, or pluck a couple of the largest ones but don't over pluck. Autos can definitely handle some defoliation, but some people are against that. Me personally I'm Pro Defo all the way, defoliating the bottoms and a few big bits on the top here and there. Nice job with the topping. Happy growing. ✌️
