Whats happening with my plant’s leaf ?

It looks a bit like splash marks to me. When i water i have a bad habit of splashing the leaves and then the reaction with light often discolored my lower leaves.

Spotting/bleached spots on leavesOne of my plants has some light green spotting on the leaves but other than that seems perfectly healthy. Problem on fan leaves during flowering.So just today I found two or three leaves with what looks like to be dark orange/brown spot on them I cant seem to find info on what it might be. Maybe leaf septoria but the spots aren't in random locations. I dont know what it is.

Thrips!!! Any advice on sprays?Found some thrips! I bought some spray called safer soap, it has worked pretty good in only a couple sprays. Still had some thrips lingering can anyone recommend a good spray I could use around living soil without hurting my soil biology?Week 9

Had issues with lights and humidityFor about 15 to 20 days the almost seedling had light for 24hrs. Then the plants turned yellow and grew super slowly. After i realised rhe lights timer had problem i fixed it. I adjusted the humifity also because at night was about 80 85 90 .now growing again but faded.dead?Week 3

I'm seeing some holes/yellow spots on a couple leaves of this plant. It also seems to be growing slower and more Dense than my other plants. Is this cause for concern or is this plant just a little slower to grow? I'm thinking its just inconsistent genetics.

What should I do next?Was reading 1870ppm at 5.6 so i flushed 20L water threw till I got 6.3ph and 950ppm and let dry. Feed the other day 4L at 50% nutrients strength 840ppm and is seems it's gotten dramatically worse since then. Before it was very slowly getting worse. Worse at the top now too.
