So we are at 4.5 weeks standing about 6.5 inches. Is it to early to start training? This is a strictly outdoor grow so mother nature is in complete control of lighting. Sun up 6am sun down @ 10pm roughly. Temps range anywhere from 75°-95° F daily & 65 -75 @ night humidity 70-90%

Hey! I think she has a pretty good size to start LST. Make sure before tying down the top to tie a support line to help her make that 90 degree angle.. also be very very careful when bending. Good luck and Happy Growing!😃🌱🌿🌲

With all love and respect, first you have to grow strong and healthy girl before you start any trainings. Its still stress, and your girl needs more light and a bit off food. She is too weak for any trainings. If you still go for lst, couple tips ; 1.Work before watering, less breakage 2. Work with healthy plants, any sick, deficiencies - let them recover and be strong first. 3. No nutes after training, just plain water. 4. Spray plant , at least first two days after training 5. Use fat wiring, they are softer for plant, thin or string harms them. Any question, ask. I love Lst and defoliation. Good luck !

I would suggest putting her under a grow light to make sure she gets adequate light to grow. Most growers switch to the flowering stage as soon as the plant has established a solid root system. In optimal conditions, plants should be kept in their vegetative stage for approximately 60 days. Hopefully, I answered your question and remember "Happy Growing"

Outdoors, you dont really need to do any of this but... For topping, use clean scissors to cut off the newest growth. The growth you cut should just be the mass of fingers growing out of the center of the plant. You cut where they meet the main stem. For FIMming, same thing but use your fingernail to cut a couple centimeters above where the new growth meets the main stem. Bending is great if you're supercropping or if you're worried about it getting too close to the light. You pinch the stem and roll it in between your fingers until it's easily bendable. It's scary the first time but actually very hard to mess up. Worst thing that happens is you try to bend it when you haven't weakened the branch enough and it snaps. In this case, you can quickly wrap tape around it and it will heal even if the stem came off completely. You're past the super cropping stage though and don't have to worry about it getting to close to the sun so... Hope this helps! Don't be afraid to try these techniques, you can mess them up, but it's actually pretty hard to do so.

Switch to bloom nutes once the stretch ends. During the stretch, your plant will gain 1-3" a day for about 10 days. Once the growth slows (don't worry, you'll notice), that is the time to start bloom nutes. Cheers!

Hey Mate, You can bend your lady in every shape you want to, if your señorita is healthy and thrives I wouldn't see a problem. Target of this training is to create an more even canopy or you just want to give highlights on the budsites. So you expose them by bending the plant in certain directions. Don't overdo it by bending her too much.. small steps, you'll get a feeling for it over the time. Good luck and happy trails for the rest of the way 🤞 Servus OimRausch

Looks like she's just showing sex. You could consider this preflower. Stay on veg nutes until after she stretches. This will probably begin in 1-2 weeks. So in about 3 weeks, you should be nearing the end of the stretch and can start bloom nutes.

Hi Bro, first advice is "easyyy" you're growing outdoors, lot's of pros and these are the cons. Surely you will have accidentally made this snag on the leaf with your fingernails or hands while you were caring for her. Also there are some bites spots caused by bastard critters (mites, bedbugs, thrips). I have been spraying my three outdoorgirls with a thyme essence extract for a few days (I bought it already ready) and at least for the mite infestation it seems to have slowed it down. Anyway your girl seems to be almost healthy, these little spots will not affect photosyntesys. 👊

This is more than likely being caused by your aphid problem, which should be corrected immediately. This could also be the reason for the reddish stems, this comes from plant stress, which is being caused by your pest problem or temperature fluctuations. Hey Growmie, Since these aren't regular aphids the normal treatments aren't very successful so here are a few suggestions on dealing specifically with root aphids: Natural predators: For outdoor plants, predators such as birds feed on aphid eggs, parasitic wasps also attack the eggs, and ladybugs eat aphids on top of the soil. Beneficial nematodes: Introduce beneficial nematodes into the soil and they will protect against a number of soil-borne pests including root aphids, without harming beneficial like earthworms. Nematodes can be used on indoor or outdoor plants. Neem oil: While it won’t kill the root aphids, it can help keep an infestation from spreading. Avoid spreading infestations: Be especially careful when relocating or disposing of infected plants to not drop soil. This can lead to spreading the infestation to other pots or nearby plants, or tracking soil on the soles of shoes to other locations. Hopefully, I answered your question and remember Happy Growing and Free your mind one puff at a time.

Plants do get damaged and die off it's normal, but since you have had the aphid issue this is more than likely the result of that, and yes you should remove damaged or dying leaves not only because they are a magnet for pest but it also makes the plant focus on recovering the leaves instead of actually growing. Hopefully, I answered your question and remember Happy Growing and Free your mind one puff at a time.

Hey there Khmma , that's from spider mites, you can tell from the sharp bite mark looking spots as well as the little black dots from under the leafs in one of the pictures. you can order live lady bugs online and these can eat like 10k spidermites a day each, but the problem outdoors is that they fly away, so you end up having to build like a habitat for them and even then they dont really stay there sometimes. Another thing you can do is to spray with bacilus thuriengiensis which a beneficial bacteria that paracites the eggs larvae and adults and eventually controls the outbreak quite well, but that can take up to two week so be patient. Spray it on towards the evening as the sun does degrade the spores , spray twice a week and once in the watering for like two weeks then it's just a matter of keeping up the beneficials every ten days or so. no harm to the plant and you can keep adding it until harvest. Hope this helps ! 🚀
