I still have about 6-7 weeks of flowering left according to fast buds (9 weeks of flower) and was wondering if its okay that some of the pistils are already maturing? (turning orange)

Depending on the strain pistils will brown and wither early (mid grow) and on some ocassions they might start popping up again when calixes are very fat and bursting out.
Do not worry, and keep an eye on trichome color, by the way, very frosty looking, congratulations on an amazing plant!
