DrJynx86answered grow question 4 years ago Hi there! This is normal but in the scale of happens everytime to once in a year or two is definitely in the latter, and I have to say, more difficult to happen in autos, on feminized is probable, and on unknown/regular strains is more possible.
I always keep the seeds from my plants, as they should (stress in should) be exact clones of the mother, or at least 99.9% similar and feminized (because seeds of a girl), so if you love your plants and keep them in good shape, the seeds will be amazing, that's how "selective growth" works and by keeping them you ensure each generation is sligthly (or a lot) better than the previous one.
Congrats on the seed and best wishes germinating and growing it, I hope you get lucky and get some seeds on that plant too, but in any case, you can always keep that as a mom, make clones, and a plant that lives many years will give some seeds eventually, is a statistics game, even if the percent is small, take good care of it and they will pop.
Good smokes!
