Can you identify this small yellow flower coming out of the top? Is this a 'nanner'? Foxtailing?? It appears under the 2 colas that are underneath the strongest part of my LED. Light/heat stress? I looked at it closely and it's not a pod or anything.. just an extended growth.

Kinda looks like a nanner. Pluck it of with wet fingers. Pop the little foxtail off see if it helps backbuild the bud. Cheers friend

That would be a very strange place for a banana. It looks more like a seed pod to me, which means there is probably some male bits on your plant somewhere. To be honest, I have no idea what that is, it's almost like she returned to veg and started growing again...
