Before the transplant, I noticed this on the leaves, I don't understand, it always gets the same sun every day. Can someone help me here?

It looks like potassium in one spot, I want to say calcium on other parts. If it has been there awhile and not spread then it has been stopped already. The leaves do not heal themselves.

I cleared some of the fan leaves as she was getting way too bushy and the humidity hasn’t been the best with the rainfall.
