Slow Growth and Leaf Issues

bruxupstarted grow question 4 years ago
Transplanted outdoors over a week ago and have noticed slow growth and new leaves have little holes and yellow spots on them. I've checked for bugs but can't see anything. Could this be nutrient-related? Or shock? Ph levels? Too rich soil? Any help is appreciated. Cheers.

That is definitely pest damage.. Looks like thrip damage to me.. You can get some Neem oil.. An Organic pesticide. Mix it with some Organic Insecticidal soap and spray it on your plant top and bottom of the leaves soak it all over.. best to do early in the morning before direct light. Just stop using the spray about 3-4 weeks from Harvest. Hope this helps! Happy Growing..

it can, and if oyu choose to use it, vege is the time.. don't ever use that crap in bloom. i have some for major problems... i'm not a pest expert though... i do know what poison is. outside, so not sure how much DE would help (diatomacous earth)... probably just blow away. not useful wet for these purposes. natural pest killer (food grade will say it is not a pesticide, but that's the only one you should use like this... do not use filter grade as that's poison too, lol)

Thanks for the quick replies, everyone. Would a neem oil solution still be used regardless of type of pest? I also have 2 other plants within proximity that are doing fine with no signs of damage whatsoever... They must like the Purple Kush. 😂 To be safe, would I spray down all plants or just the one affected?

I'd suspect grasshopper or Caterpillar for that style of leaf damage.
