Harvest time/Bud fattening

Hello everyone,
I've got an BCN critical Xxl auto, outdoors, which is now 100 days old precisely, and I would presume she would be more than ready to harvest by now, but the buds are not fat as I thought they would be.
Is she ready to harvest or does she need more time?

Cant really tell by looking at the pics, can't see the "hairs" on the buds, some big calyxes are visible, which tells you that the plant is finishing.
100 days for this strain isn't really normal, bit when conditions arent optimal, it will grow slower and still try to produce bud

Thats funky looking like its a hemp plant or something have you tried giving it 12...12 maybe its a photo

Harvest between when 70-90% of the hairs have turned red. Towards the 90% end of the spectrum, you'll get strong body highs and couch lock. Towards the 70% end of the spectrum you'll get energetic mind highs. Wait for 100% and you'll basically have ambien lol. Personal preference my firend.
