Trichome Stage Identification Help

First grow, got a cheap digital microscope. Just looking for thoughts on what I'm seeing ie. milky, clear, amber. I'm thinking it looks mostly clear with some turning milky.

You are spot on, they are mostly clear. Just be sure the buds are done gaining weight before getting ready to harvest.

Yes you’re right with them being clear and a little milky, right on track! I would say harvest window opens when they are all cloudy to 30% amber. More cloudy trichs will produce more of a head high while more amber produces the couch lock effect.
Good job for getting a microscope and doing it the correct way!

How close do these look to ready? Video in diaryHow early did I cut these? I know they are at least on the early side of harvest ready if not a little bit before ready, but the top of the colas definitely have a good bit of amber trichomes and I was dealing with a heat issue effecting the top buds so I cut a few to test.

Will taking about 1/8 off top of flowers promote fattening ?Hey all. I am curious to know if back building buds is actually effective. I seen a YouTube video where they actually "toped" the buds. Skunk1 don't have to wait much until harvest?The plants are 42 days old in the pictures, there is a photo of them in the diary, unfortunately I can't make them of better quality:(can I give them the canna flush for the next watering?or should I still use nutrients?Personally, I would leave them for 10 days and harvest them.

Stringy mutation or just stress?My Northern Light Auto by RQS has been late since flowering, going very slowly. Lately i started noticing: A) calyx are distribuited quite widely (anyway big and good looking); B) weird sugar leaves. I double checked and there are no male sacs (it's curly sugar leaves)

Cheese autoflower Amber trichromes on leaves but white hairs. Harvest or waitCheese autoflower is starting to show amber trichromes on sugar leaves not buds. Like quite a few. Still has lots of white hairs. Very few other harvest signs. Should I start to flush and harvest. Possibly sequencial harvest ?? Or give it a little longer.

How close to harvest?I have no jewelry loupe and only have pictures to see. Am I looking at a harvest within a week needing to leave her a couple days alone. I'm interested in trying for the better flavor and feeling from smoke. So can I expect to harvest within 7 days or wait for my return. Thanks

Buds turning brown and mouldythrough week 10 the top buds have some leaves turning brown, there was also signs of mould on the plants I think. There was a white cob web looking thing in the middle of the bud. I don't know what to do im afraid they are dying !!! HELP!!!! thank you in advance !
